Ivan Sadek, the 35 year former rugby player and Sydney native as seen through the lens of Leigh Carmichael.



The previously shaved-headed Aussie who came in 5th at the 2009 Australian Pro show, unfortunately didn't place at the same show this year (both shows were won by Kai Greene). In these photos, at more than 20 weeks out from his next show the Dubai Pro Show, part of the 2010 Physique Weekend (the weekend of October 7 and 8), Ivan clocked the scales at 286lbs with only 5% bodyfat! Shame he's not at least shirtless!

Greg Plitt: Muscle Model

Greg Plitt, the 6'1" 195lb cover model (and former trainer with Jackie Warner on the final season of Bravo's Workout) will be gracing the cover of the Summer 2010 issue of Exercise & Health, his 8th for that magazine and keeping his cover-boy streak alive for the 45 month in a row!!!



While Plitt has a pretty slick website and a Facebook page, he can also be found on such sites as ICON Men and on the big screen! Plitt was cast as the "body" of Dr Manhattan in Zach Snyder's Watchmen and a hybrid in Terminator Salvation.

Jason Huh: Countdown to USA

At the 2009 NPC USA Championships 5'9" 24 year old Jason Huh placed 5th in the super heavies weighing in at an impressive 233lbs. Eight months earlier at the 2008 Nationals he competed as a 224lb heavyweight (and came in 3rd). He'll be competing as a super heavy again this weekend. Mike Yablon: 3 Weeks Out

5'4" 39 year old personal trainer Mike Yablon trains at the 19th Street Complete Body and Spa in New York. He is three weeks out from the NPC USA Championships in the video above (four weeks in the video below) and at 23 days to go he weighed in at 197lbs.



Yablon has been competing as a light heavy since 2006, placing in the top 5 in 2006 and 2008. Last year he came in 7th tipping the scales at 198lbs. Here he is in 2006:
