5'4" 39 year old personal trainer Mike Yablon trains at the 19th Street Complete Body and Spa in New York. He is three weeks out from the NPC USA Championships in the video above (four weeks in the video below) and at 23 days to go he weighed in at 197lbs.
Yablon has been competing as a light heavy since 2006, placing in the top 5 in 2006 and 2008. Last year he came in 7th tipping the scales at 198lbs. Here he is in 2006:
