Monique Hayes is a multi-talented competitor. She earned a scholarship to The Ohio State University. where she became one of the best triple jumpers in the country. She now resides in Atlanta, GA and is a fitness trainer, motivator, bodybuilder and world record power-lifter. She is one of the ATL's premier female fitness professionals.
