The 5'8" 33 year old from Villanova weighs in at 260lbs off season (though has gotten as high as 295lbs), with a contest weight of between 220 to 230lbs. With 21" biceps and a 52" chest the Applied Nutriceuticals sponsored builder came in 3rd at the 2008 NPC Philadelphia Championship, and then won the heavies at the 2009 NPC Chamberlain Cup! He has his own personal training business AND is president of Lionstone Insurance Advisors LLC.
