Branch Warren: The Best Ever?

Back in the July 2008 Muscular Development magazine there was an article and photoshoot of Branch following his 4th place finish at the 2008 Arnold. Writer Ron Harris thought the package the big Texan had brought to the show was his best ever. Though this of course was before his 2009 Olympia performance, when he came in second, looking back at these pictures by Per Bernal, I think Harris still has a very valid point!

Ryan Malo: Muscle Mayhem Champ!

Winnipeg, Manitoba's Ryan Robert Malo, the 6' 30 year old super heavy "Gorilla," won the championship title at the 2010 Muscle Mayhem Championships on the 15th at the Folly Theater in Kansas City, MO:



At the 2008 CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championship Ryan placed 7th in the heavyweight class, an improvement on his previous appearance in 2005 where he finished 11th.
