Flex Lewis: A Quick Fix!
Like fellow pro Evan Centopani, James "Flex" Lewis will also be taking off the 2010 season to make some "improvements" to his physique (his chest and back in particular). The 26 year old will take the stage again at the Flex Pro here in Los Angeles, CA on February 26, 2011 (presented by Flex Magazine and Ultimate Nutrition).

Blair Mone: Back in Business
Super heavyweight Blair Mone from Louisville, KY is back in the bodybuilding business having competed (and won) his class at the NPC Rochester over the weekend.
Heavyweight Tony Freidrich won the overall in Rochester by a single point, while the week earlier in Anderson, IN Blair competed at the GNC Classic. The 5'8" 30 year old was a rising star in the NPC amateur ranks until he decided to go into bodybuilding retirement and instead focus his efforts on a career as bearded pro wrestler �Anthony Bravado.�
In 2004 Blair was the runner up at both the North Americans and the Junior National Championships, which he followed in 2005 with a 6th place finish at the National Championships, his final NPC competition before his "break."

Stephen Henslee: And Talking Of...
Brandon Cantu's training partner, Henslee was not only victorious in the light-heavy class at the 2006 NPC Heart of Dixie Championships but also awarded the overall title and then in 2007 placed 6th at the Junior USA. Here he is back in 2006, then aged 34:

Brandon Cantu: Die4Mass
The YouTube Builder I showed you videos of last week, Brandon Cantu aka Die4Mass, went on to win both the Junior Middleweight class and then the Junior Overall title at the 2010 NPC Southern Classic last weekend. The 25 year old Alabamian from Gadsden, who started out training with NPC competitor Stephen Henslee and Morris Pruett, will be following up this win on June 19th at the NPC Southeastern Gold's Classic in his hometown.

Robert Piotrkowicz: Guest Posing
Guest posing at the Czech Championships in Jihlave at the beginning of May, the 5'9" Pole! Piotrkowicz has had a spotty pro record since his IFBB debut at the 2009 Tampa Bay Pro last August. Most recently he finished 10th at the 2010 Arnold, with his highest placing the 2009 Europa Super Show where he earned 5th.
