Todd Jewell: 4 Weeks to Nationals
After looking good at 270lbs at weigh-in for the North Americans, Todd sadly only placed 3rd in the super heavies. He is now be working with Chris Aceto to perfect his carbs, water, sodium, general nutrition, etc, so that when he steps on stage for the Nationals in Atlanta he'll be really vying for his pro card.
Steve Namat: Happy Birthday!
It's been a good year for Steve Namat, who in 2010 will the first Hungarian to step on the Olympia stage, just a few days after his 27th birthday (which is today)! Steve was runner up to Jose Raymond at the Tampa Pro and then finished 4th in Jacksonville, and is now looking to do some damage this weekend in the 202 showdown!

Jaroslav Horvath: Countdown to Olympia 202
39 year old Slovakian Jaroslav Horvath who place second twice this year in the 202 class, at the Jacksonville Pro (behind David Henry) and then the Europa Super Show in Dallas (behind Seth Feroce) back to back weekends in August. In the video above he is just 5 days out from the Olympia 202, in the photos he is 2 weeks out. Horvath is not expected to crack the top 5 (since he's competing against the likes of Henry, Jose Raymond, Eduardo Correa and Kevin English), but if he comes in full and conditioned I think he just might!

Durrah1986: YouTube Builder
Mahmoud Al Durrah, aka Durrah1986, the Dragonball Z loving Egyptian amateur bodybuilder turns 24 today!
Tipping the scales at 87 kilos (just over 191lbs) in his latest video installment above, 5'5" Durrah previously won the under 75kg class at the 2009 Egyptian University Nationals, he fell to 6th place this year (but in his photos he looked much bigger than the competition).
Here is his first "transformation" video showing his accomplishments before (9th in the under 65kg class) and after (4th in the under 70kg class) his bike accident:

Mark Dugdale: 4th in Detroit
Mark's most recent Nutrex Research video blog, posted a week ago on September 10th, before a surely disappointing 4th place finish this weekend in Detroit, just a week before the 202 Showdown at the Olympia.
At MD's Play-by-Play with Shawn Ray and Fouad Abiad, Fouad thought Mark was "aesthetically pleasing! Good lines. Awesome posing. Could be harder from the back." While Shawn wrote "Great color. Nice and dark! Shapley. Chest came up. Great abs! Slight film of H20!"
Over at RxMuscle commentators Chris Aceto thought "super front double and side tri very hard too but not his mind boggling condition of 202 Mr O which I suspect we will see in 7 days." And amateur light-heavy Shelby Starnes wrote Mark "hasn't been on stage in a year. looks great, maybe a bit soft in the glutes and hams though. Probably not drying out too much since the O is next weekend. Should still do great though."
We'll just have to wait and see what Mark brings to the big show next weekend... that is, if he get's a special invite since he has not technically qualified...
