Female Bodybuilding advice by Nicole

Nicole is one of the top multi-tasking individuals in the IFBB today. From the ATL (that's Atlanta, Georgia for those that don't know),besides being an IFBB fitness pro, she's a Business Owner/ Entrepreneur, Personal Trainer, Choreographer, and currently Director of Cheer/Dance for the NAFL Georigia Mustangs. She was also a cheerleader for the Atlanta Falcons, but has left that in order to focus on competing in the IFBB.
